<p>As Do Something&#8217;s Grants Program Director, Jordyn has the awesome job of providing young people with the funds to start and grow their own community action ideas and projects. Over the past several years she has managed the distribution of over 250 grants ranging from $250 to $100,000. She also oversees Do Somethings Social Action Boot Camps and has grown the program from a once yearly boot camp to four boot camps in two cities in 2008 and now six boot camps in six cities in 2009. Jordyn, a graduate of Bard College, dedicates her non-work time to a Vermont-based foundation focused on promoting education, literacy and the arts in developing nations. She runs their scholarship program, which currently supports 35 students in 5 countries, as well as manages the foundations West African partnerships and grantees. </p>
